We are excited to have family involvement at Bob Callies Elementary School. We are beginning "Adopt Our School" this year, and have started September with Kindergarten families promoting the joy of school, helping students, staff, and families partner to create the best school year ever! They are using the TeamReach app to coordinate weekly themes for the month, including positivity, kindness, fun, and staff appreciation! WOW! Third Grade Families, watch for an invitation to join a group soon, as October is coming up fast!

Attention Jrs and Srs parents: The Jostens rep stopped in today to meet with our juniors and seniors. Juniors have the opportunity to purchase a class ring and/or a Letterman's Jacket. Seniors need to purchase the cap, gown, stole, and tassel, or just the stole and tassel if they already have a cap and gown. They also have the opportunity to buy a class ring, Letterman's Jacket, or any senior swag they wish. These items are all purchased on the Jostens website. A packet went home today with your child. If it is purchased in the next two weeks from today, your family will receive a discount. Juniors will also receive a free sweatshirt. Again, this is all in the packet and purchased on the Jostens website. Everything will be paid on that site and sent to your home. Seniors, the graduation packet, caps, gowns, stoles, and tassels are sent to the school, everything else will be delivered to your house. Thank you

We are ready to welcome students back to school and are excited for a phenomenal 2025-2026 school year! For the first week, August 19-22, all students grades 7-12 will not have opens. This will allow us time to make sure the schedule is fitting our students needs. Those going home for lunch are still allowed to leave for lunch. Students in grades 7-9 are allowed to walk home once they have a parental note filed in the office. All students in grades 7-12 will attend Homeroom this week. Chromebooks will be distributed by Mrs. Tesch in hours 1 and 2 tomorrow. Paper copies of schedules are available in the office. See you all tomorrow!!

Elementary School Dismissal Plans for the First Week of School: No parking in front of the school after 2:45 pm daily to allow for buses to arrive and load safely. Buses will load on the west side of the building. West River Transit and Wally Wheels will park in the Catholic Church parking lot across from the elementary school. Bus riders are dismissed at 3:20. All other students will dismiss after buses have safely pulled away from the school. Families are asked to wait and walk to the entrance to meet their children after that time or have a designated meeting location rather than parking in front of the school this year. We have staff to assist at the crosswalks for student safety.
