Dear Elementary Parents/Guardians,
In class we read the story Rot, The Cutest in World. I am sending home a potato with your child. At home, they are going to make the potato the “cutest in the whole world.” They should decorate their potato to look like another book character of their choice. They can use paint, paper, glue, whatever materials you have on hand. Once they are done decorating the potato, they should bring it back to their classroom along with a piece of paper with the character’s name. You may bring the decorated potato back on or before November 12, 2021. We will display them as they come in.
Here is the link if you would like to hear the story. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DxkRXBOOvM
If you have any questions, please call me at the school or email me at Carrie.Magandy@k12.nd.us.
Elementary families....all fundraising items students sold will be available for pick up on Wednesday morning at North gym door from 7:45 am to 4:00 pm. Thank you to everyone who made this a successful fundraiser.
