Cross country in Rugby today. It was a great day! August 3rd in JV Boys and Jetah 9th in JV girls earning themselves medals. Everyone else received ribbons. There were a few PR's at this meet. Coaches are impressed with the perseverance of this group!

The Governor just released new quarantine guidance for schools and other select places. If both parties are wearing masks at all times during exposure, the close contact will no longer be required to quarantine for 14 days. While we understand masks may not be the most comfortable thing to wear, our schools will continue to require them to ensure our doors stay open to educate our students! Our students have complied with this since the county’s change in risk level and have done well thus far. If this is what it takes, we will do so because our children need to be in school!!! Thanks to our partnership with the CRACTC our students have the opportunity to take classes we can’t offer here at the HS from Medical Careers to Aviation and many more. Haley and Jackson are 2 students enrolled in the Aviation I course. Today they were training on landing there plan. They both landed and were great co-pilots for me. I was able to successfully land my plane. Taking off for me....that didn’t go well.
There was a schedule change for the Elementary girls basketball due to a conflict. The Troopers will take on Washburn tomorrow in Garrison at 4. Good Luck Ladies!
